Congratulations to our friend James Honda on his 2nd place finish at the AWDF National Championship.  A terrific result for a good sportsman with his HOT dog.

2008 Winter Trial
Our 2008 Winter Trial is complete.  On behalf of the club and handlers, a special thank you to our good friend, Herr Rueppell, who traveled all the way from Germany to judge our dogs, to our trial secretary, Joanne, and to Armin, who fought off injury and illness to test all the dogs in protection and to lay excellent tracks under very poor conditions.

2007 Fall Trial!
Our 2007 Fall trial October 6-7 with SV judge Ferdinand Diermayr was very successful.  Seven teams participated, earning 3 new Schutzhund titles, repeating two, and earning two BH's.  Christopher earned SchH 1 with Karo, Fiona earned SchH 2 with Ben, and Ron and Guyot earned SchH 3.  Jason with Rico and Warren with Atos earned BH.  In her first trial, junior handler Anita repeated the SchH 3 with Akira.  Anita's first time on the Schutzhund field she and Akira scored 96 "V" in obedience!  Paige and Chevez repeated SchH 2.

Schutzhund Village Perpetual Trophy in memory of VA Lars von Wilhendorf SchH III, FH is awarded to the high handler owner trained team at each trial hosted by Schutzhund Village.

Schutzhund Village Training Director's Award in memory of Wasko vom Küchenhorn SchH 3 FH is awarded to each HOT team trained at Schutzhund Village when they earn their first working title.
